Because the benefits of the mangosteen are found in the whole fruit, we don’t simply extract the juice from the pulp in the way that most fruit juices are made. Instead, we use a special process to make certain that all the healthy antioxidants in mangosteen fruit make their way into our mangosteen juice.

Mangosteen juice is made from the whole fruit puree of the mangosteen fruit, pulp, rind and all. That ensures that the juice in the bottle contains all the healthy antioxidant xanthones that are found in the original fruit.

The mangosteen juice is blended with other juices and ingredients in an exacting process that follows GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines for the food and beverage industry. It’s then pasteurized by a process that kills any bacterial microbes that may be present without destroying any of the vitamins and nutrients that are found in fresh mangosteens and other fruits. To further ensure the safety of our mangosteen juice, we add a tiny amount of sodium benzoate, a preservative that inhibits the growth of microbes and ensures that the juice you buy is safe and free of bacterial contaminants.
